The Dreame Matrix10 Ultra robot vacuum and mop uses a Multi-Mop™ Switching Dock that automatically fits the right mop pads for each area: thermal pads for living areas, nylon-bristle pads for kitchen grease and sponge pads for bathroom spills. 30,000Pa suction, a detangling DuoBrush, ProLeap™ legs that climb obstacles up to 8cm and a dock that washes mops with 100°C water, adds up to three cleaning solutions and empties the dust for you make it a complete hands-free cleaning system.
Multi-Mop™ Switching Dock
The dock automatically selects the right mop pads for each area, helping prevent cross-contamination between rooms like the kitchen and bathroom.

- Thermal mop pads: for living areas, with hot-water cleaning for tough stains.
- Nylon and non-woven pads: nylon bristles scour kitchen grease and grime while staying gentle on floors.
- Sponge pads: absorb liquid spills and puddles, ideal for bathrooms.

The dock automatically mixes and refills cleaning solution from three compartments: floor cleaner, pet odour solution and wood floor care.
ProLeap™ 8cm Obstacle Crossing
Retractable legs help it climb door tracks, steps and furniture bases up to 8cm (double-layer) and single-layer steps up to 4.2cm.
VersaLift Navigation for Low Spaces
The retractable DToF sensor scans 360° for detailed maps, then lowers so the robot is 89mm tall and can clean under low furniture.
