How Our Tauranga Repair Service Works
- Bring it in. Drop your machine in to our store at 233 Fraser Street. Please bring any accessories linked to the problem.
- We book it in. You pay the $89.95 service fee when you book. We then inspect your machine and find the fault.
- We quote before we start. If parts are needed, we tell you what they cost. If you decide not to go ahead, the service fee is not refunded. We don’t start the work until you agree, unless you’ve already told us to go ahead.
- We fix it. Most repairs are done here in store. If your machine is better handled at our central repair location, for a faster turnaround, we’ll tell you first. We let you know when it’s ready.
Turnaround depends on how busy we are and on how quickly parts arrive. We’ll give you an estimated timeframe when you book.

For other repairs and servicing, our service fee is $89.95 including GST. It covers inspection, diagnosis and labour. If your machine needs parts, we quote them separately before we fit them.
Do I get the service fee back if I decide not to go ahead?
No. The fee covers the inspection, diagnosis and labour we carry out, so it isn’t refundable if you decide not to go ahead with the repair. This doesn’t affect your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act.
Do I need to book my repair?

How long will my repair take?
