Our service fee is $89.95 including GST. It covers inspection, diagnosis and labour, and it’s payable when you book your repair. If your machine needs parts, we quote them separately.
The service fee is not refundable if you decide not to go ahead with the repair.

How It Works
- Bring it in. Drop your machine in to your nearest store.
- We book it in. You pay the service fee when you book. We then inspect your machine and find the fault.
- We quote before we start. If parts are needed, we tell you the cost. If you decide not to go ahead, the service fee is not refunded. We don’t start the work until you agree, unless you’ve already told us to go ahead.
- We fix it. Most repairs are done in store. Some machines go to our central repair location for a faster turnaround, and we tell you first.
Turnaround depends on how busy we are and on parts availability. Your store will give you an estimated timeframe when you book.

How much does a repair cost?
Our service fee is $89.95 including GST. It covers inspection, diagnosis and labour. If your machine needs parts, we quote them separately.
Do I get the service fee back if I decide not to go ahead?
No. The fee covers the inspection, diagnosis and labour we carry out, so it isn’t refundable if you decide not to go ahead with the repair. This doesn’t affect your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act.
Which brands do you service?
We repair and service all major brands, wherever you bought your machine. Bring it in to your nearest store, or call with the make and model if you’d like to check first.
Is my machine still under warranty?
If it is, contact us first. We’ll then handle your claim through the manufacturer’s warranty process.
