2. We book it in. You pay the $89.95 service fee when you book. We then inspect your machine and find the fault.
3. We quote before we start. If parts are needed, we tell you what they cost. If you decide not to go ahead, the service fee is not refunded. We don’t start the work until you agree, unless you’ve already told us to go ahead.
4. We fix it. Many repairs are done on site. If your machine is better handled at our central repair location, for a faster turnaround, we’ll tell you first. We let you know when it’s ready to collect.

Turnaround depends on how busy we are and on how quickly parts arrive. We’ll give you an estimated timeframe when you book.
