Vacuum Repairs in Napier

Opening late November 2026. Our new Napier store at 111 Ford Road, Onekawa, will repair and service vacuums, robot vacuums and robotic lawn mowers of any brand, wherever you bought them. Here’s how it will work, so you know what to expect when we open.

A machine that works badly makes every clean harder. Often, the fault is simple, so a service or a small repair can bring it back to life, and you keep the machine you already know.

We service and repair:

• Upright, cylinder and bagless vacuums
• Cordless stick and handheld vacuums
• Robot vacuums
• Robotic lawn mowers (contact us to arrange servicing)
• Carpet cleaners and steam mops
• Commercial and backpack vacuums

How Our Napier Repair Service Will Work

1. Bring it in. Once we open, drop your machine in to our store at 111 Ford Road, Onekawa. Please bring any accessories linked to the problem.
2. We book it in. You pay the $89.95 service fee when you book. We then inspect your machine and find the fault.
3. We quote before we start. If parts are needed, we tell you what they cost. If you decide not to go ahead, the service fee is not refunded. We don’t start the work until you agree, unless you’ve already told us to go ahead.
4. We fix it. If your machine is better handled at our central repair location, for a faster turnaround, we’ll tell you first. We let you know when it’s ready to collect.

Turnaround depends on how busy we are and on how quickly parts arrive. We’ll give you an estimated timeframe when you book.
