No. You can simply bring your machine into a store. The form just helps us be ready for you.

Does my old machine have to be working?

Tell us its condition and we'll let you know whether we can take it. Condition can affect the discount.

What happens to my old machine?

We recover good parts for reuse where we can, rather than letting them go to waste.
